A user may request account closure at any time by contacting the hebjee customer service team. All pending transactions will be settled before the request is processed.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means the bonus amount becomes eligible for withdrawal after wagering 15 times.

The following rules apply when meeting wagering requirements:

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes any transaction or bet outcome to be inconsistent, hebjee reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. Incorrect figures or unusual results displayed due to a system error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hebjee platform:
